From Burnout to Bloom:
How We Get There
The L.I.B. Philosophy
Empowering You to Flourish
At the heart of Life in Bloom Psychology Services, is the belief that well-being is more than the absence of symptoms—it’s about living in alignment with your values, your body, and your sense of self. Flourishing isn’t just for the lucky or the perfectly balanced—it’s for real people navigating real stress.
I work from the foundation that burnout, pain, or emotional distress aren’t signs of weakness—they're messages from the body and mind calling for care, attention, and recalibration. Therapy is a space to honor those messages and make meaningful, science-backed changes.
Each client is the expert on their own experience. My role is to walk beside you with curiosity, clinical insight, and a deep respect for your capacity to grow—even (and especially) when you feel stuck.
The Roots of my Approach:
Healing is a collaboration—you bring your story, I bring clinical tools, and we work together toward what matters most to you.
Burnout isn’t personal failure—it’s often a natural response to chronic stress, over-functioning, or medical challenges.
The mind-body connection matters—mental and physical health are inseparable, and therapy should reflect that.
Rest is not weakness—it’s a foundation for clarity, creativity, and strength.
You deserve to flourish—not just cope, not just function, but truly grow.
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who are navigating the emotional toll of chronic stress, burnout, and health-related concerns. My clients are often successful, capable people who feel stuck in survival mode—managing anxiety, insomnia, pain, or fatigue while trying to hold everything together. My approach is informed by my background in health psychology and a strong commitment to honoring the mind-body connection.
I support clients in building resilience, improving emotional well-being, and developing a deeper sense of self-awareness. Whether you’re facing a life transition, managing a medical condition, or struggling to slow down in a world that expects you to always “push through,” I’m here to help you create lasting, values-based change.
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and evidence-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including specialized protocols for chronic pain (CBT-CP) and insomnia (CBT-I), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based strategies. Every treatment plan is personalized, culturally informed, and designed to meet your unique goals and pace.
I completed both my undergraduate and doctoral degrees at Arizona State University, and my clinical psychology internship at the Phoenix VA Medical Center. I’ve spent many years working in interdisciplinary medical and research settings, which shaped my whole-person, science-informed approach to care.
Outside of clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two pets—a lively puppy and an opinionated cat. You might even spot them wandering into view during video sessions! I also love traveling, watching movies, and soaking up Arizona’s beautiful weather whenever possible.
