Initial Consultation

Free

This is a 15-minute phone call where we can briefly discuss your treatment goals, review the focus and scope of treatment, and allow you to ask any questions you may have before booking your intake appointment. This also provides an opportunity for you to get a feel for me and my therapeutic style to ensure we are the right fit.

Psychodiagnostic Intake

$200

This comprehensive first session is a 60-minute video appointment where we’ll explore your current challenges, relevant history, and goals for therapy. This allows us to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs.

Psychotherapy

$150

Each 45-minute follow-up video appointment offers personalized, evidence-based therapy grounded in person-centered and culturally informed care. Together, we’ll focus on strategies that support your unique goals—so you can leave each session feeling empowered, equipped, and more in tune with yourself.

Telehealth Information

All services are currently provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Sessions are conducted through a confidential video platform to ensure your privacy and convenience—so you can receive support from the comfort of your own space.
